Life is a game of decisions.
Between this person and that, this commitment and that, and this path of education and that- Everything isn't made up of choices; it is made up of decisions. Because you don't have a 'choice', you have to make a decision.
There are no 'mistakes'- 'mistakes' are a perception caused by your culture, your society, the 'world' in which you have chosen to live and abide by. But in another 'world', in another society, that mistake could be nothing more than just another decision.
If we could only learn to respect each other's decisions- and know that we all have a right to it. Our lives are all made up of the decisions that we have made. Why condemn others or elevate yourself? There is nothing 'right' or 'wrong' about a decision, nothing 'bad' or 'good'- there are just different decisions.

i miss youuuuuuuu >:[!!
what you think is right is wrong to believers. what makes you think you're a believer by not even writing things from God's p.o.v.?
thanks ken for taking the time to write that comment. :)
what makes you think you know God's p.o.v? do any of us truly know?
what right does any of us have to judge each other's perceptions- whether it really is 'wrong' or 'right'? there are grey areas in religion that there is just no concrete proof to.
what makes you think i'm a believer? i may believe in a 'God' but not your 'God'- or at least not your version and perception of it.
i hope you'll be objective.
I have been talking to some thick skulled people. apparently, they keep talking about choices, choice to believe and all. I guess they are blinded by the smooth talkers around them! Which piss me off big time!
There are rights and wrongs in decision making. People suffer and enjoy because of it.
What really is right is based on your beliefs. I pray that your journey ahead will be one that is made with wise decisions. Decisions that stands by the Father.
True. There are 'rights' and 'wrongs' in decision-making. But all this- people suffering and enjoying because of decision-making - is only due to what society or the 'world' in which they live in depict of those decisions.
Say you were born in a cannibalistic tribe in Africa. Will it be 'wrong' then to be a cannibal? You see that whatever you think is 'right' and 'wrong' is because this is what the standards of society/religion in the realm you live in says.
You say, "What really is right is based on your beliefs". Exactly. Do realize then that not everybody shares the same perceptions or values as you.
Therefore thank you for your concern but you don't have the right to worry about me or my future, and whether or not my decisions "stand by the Father".
It's fine if you want your decisions to stand by Him- if that is what you choose to believe, I respect that. It's totally unreasonable to expect me or anyone else to conform to your beliefs.
Please try telling a Muslim/Buddhist to make sure his decisions stand by the Father.
People have a right to what they want to believe and the decisions they want to make- and nobody has the right to judge them for it.
You just make sure your decisions "stand by the Father", since that is what YOU believe in. :)
AMEN to that. deb, who do you say we stand by? HAHAHA. I was damn bored before I got cracked up by reading yr comment. "DECISIONS THAT STAND BY THE FATHER". QUOTE OF THE DAY MAN. WHAHAHAHAA.
